Smith England's Ultra Gentle Shampoo and Conditioner

I never normally pay attention to what I wash my hair with - if I’m being really honest I usually just pick up whatever’s on offer when I go shopping. I will NEVER make that mistake again, today I was shown what can happen when you use high quality products on your hair and I couldn’t be happier! This might sound really strange but the smell of the products almost reminded me of a spa and as crazy as this sounds I’ve never been so relaxed while washing my hair before!

Due to the bleaching I routinely put my hair through I do find that my hair can be a little bit dry or dead, and certain brands of shampoo and conditioner do tend to irritate my scalp. I used Smith Englands’s Ultra Gentle shampoo and conditioner range and my hair has never felt so soft or looked so shiny! 

My hair is awful when it comes to tangles and knots - I’m my hairdressers worst nightmare. The second it’s brushed it re-knots itself, and after washing my hair it takes A LOT of de-tangler spray and argan oil to try and get it combed. After washing my hair with Smith England I decided to put it to the ultimate test and I started brushing it without using any other product. To my disbelief my hair was actually workable! I managed to brush my hair and get it detangled without having to resort to my trusted de-tangler spray or oils. 

The products are amazing and I don’t say that lightly. They’re paraben, colourant and sulphate free which means they’re perfect for sensitive scalps. They’re cruelty free and vegan, which is always always a massive extra bonus point in my books. I’d recommend everyone to go down to their local Sainsbury’s and grab yourself some! I can’t wait for my next hair wash day (–I do not say that often, or in fact, ever) because I was left with gorgeously soft hair and felt so pampered. After I’ve finished these I’m going to try their colour protect range - the Guardian shampoo and conditioner!
